Why Contractor Marketing Is Different
Busy Today Does Not Mean Booked Six Months From Now.
Most contractors run on referrals until the pipeline gets thin, then scramble. A homeowner planning a kitchen remodel or an addition will search, look at photos of your work, read reviews, check your license, and ask for two or three bids. A commercial owner or developer will look for proof you can deliver on schedule and on budget before they put you on a bid list.
Seasonality makes it harder. Roofing spikes after storms, exterior work slows in bad weather, and remodeling inquiries rise and fall with the calendar. If your marketing only turns on when work is slow, it is already too late.
CICOR Marketing builds marketing that keeps your schedule full with the jobs you actually want: the right project types, the right size and the right zip codes. We focus on your service area, your portfolio and a lead process that qualifies before you drive out to bid.
CICOR Marketing helps contractors, remodelers and builders show up when homeowners and project owners search, show the quality of their work, and turn inquiries into qualified bids, without paying for shared leads that five other contractors also get.

Where Contractor Marketing Stalls
The Problems We Fix, and What Changes
Shared leads and bidding wars. Leads that come to you directly from your own website, Google Business Profile and ads, so you compete on your work and reviews, not just price.
Calls from outside your area. Service area pages, location targeting and qualifying questions that focus on the towns, project types and budgets you want.
Your best work is hidden. A project portfolio organized by type and location, with before and after photos and short project stories.
Feast or famine seasons. A marketing calendar planned around your seasons, with campaigns that start building next season’s work before the slow months hit.
Not on the commercial bid lists. Capability pages, project sheets and a prequalification packet that make it easy to add you to the list.
Credibility Comes First
Licensed, Insured and Accurate in Every Ad
Homeowners and project owners check credentials, and so do regulators. CICOR Marketing does not give legal advice, but we build your marketing around the rules contractors work under, and you approve every piece.
- License numbers where required. Many states, including Florida, require a contractor’s license number in advertising. We include it on your site, profiles and ads where your state requires.
- Accurate claims. We do not use “licensed,” “bonded,” “insured” or “certified” unless it is currently true, and we name the certifying body when you mention a manufacturer certification.
- Reviews requested honestly. Review requests follow Google’s rules and the FTC’s rules on fake reviews: no incentives, no gating and no reviews written for you.
- Photos with permission. Project photos and addresses appear only with the owner’s permission, and we avoid showing house numbers or identifying details.
